We are very pleased and honoured to inform you that our principal guest will be the Attorney General for Ireland, Rossa Fanning SC. 

Appointed Attorney General of Ireland in December 2022, Rossa Fanning SC serves as the chief legal adviser to the Irish Government. A Senior Counsel with vast experience in commercial litigation, constitutional law, and public legal affairs, he provides strategic guidance on critical national and international legal policies. 

Amongst the topics to be discussed: 

• Ireland’s strategic position and legal leadership in the EU - particularly pertinent as Ireland is currently the President of the EU

• Brixit legal evolution and cross-border frameworks

• AI governance, tech regulation and intellectual property

• the legal architecture for US_Ireland investment and economic ties

Of course the purpose of Co-operation Ireland USA is raise funds for the vital work the charity does in Ireland - breaking down barriers, fostering a peaceful, prosperous future for all communities across the island of Ireland - to this end we are seeking a donation of $100 to attend. And, of course, larger contributions would be happily accepted too!
